Canceling 

If you cancel your order before we shipped the order to you, we don’t charge costs. If you already paid, we will pay you back the total order (inclusive costs for shipment and other charged costs).

If we already shipped the order, you can refuse the shipment at the moment the transporter delivers. We will pay you back the value of the products (not the costs of shipment and other costs).

When you cancel your order, we don’t calculate extra costs. 

The next products can not be cancelled

·                     Products that are specially arranged for you.

·                     Products that are not placed on our site, these products are specials.
