On the products of
ElekHomica you can claim factory guarantee. We handle the guarantee by our self.
De procedure is:

You have to send ElekHomica a mail with your complaint..
·
ElekHomica send you a reaction within 24 hours by mail, only on weekdays between
9.00h en 16.30h.
·
At the first we will try to solve your complaint by mail.
·
When this is not possible, or it seems that the product is damaged,
you can send back the product to ElekHomica.

The package must be packed well and prepaid postalcosts enough. You
have to enclose a message with the definition off your complaint and a copy of
the invoice.

We will take care of your repair at the moment we received it. We
try to finish your repair within 1 week.
·
After we and the research, there are 2 possibilities.
o
The product suffices 100%. We will return this product to you.
o
The product is damaged, we will try to repair. If this is not
possible, we will change the (partial) product for a new one.
·
We will send you a mail when we finished the repair procedure. We
will send the repair (original or replacement) to the address you mentioned in
your last order.
We
recommend you to mention your actual address.
