Returns
ElekHomica offers you the service of returning the items to ElekHomica within 8
days after delivery. We will reimburse the purchase value of the item. The
additional shipment costs cannot be claimed. If the item or the packaging is
damaged or incomplete, the item will be not accepted for return. Return
shipments, with sufficient postage, can be sent to:

The package must
be packed well and sufficient
prepaid postal costs. You have to enclose a
message with the text that you want to return and a copy of the invoice. You
also have to mention your bank account information.
Return is not possible in
the next situations:

Software when
you break the seal;
·
Products that
are specially ordered for you. (products that are not mentioned on our site).
·
Products that
are specially made or customized for you.
